Manager Biography

City Manager LeFevereThe City of Douglas is pleased to welcome Mr. William F. LeFevere to the position of City Manager. Bill took the reins from outgoing manager David Kowal in May. Bill comes to Douglas with over 25 years of management experience in Michigan local and county government. For the last 15 years he was City Manager in Eaton Rapids. Bill has also served as City Manager of Vassar and County Administrator for Clinton County.
