Building Permits

The first step in obtaining a building permit is filing a zoning application with the City of Douglas. The application is reviewed by Ryan Kilpatrick and forwarded to Michigan Township Services.

Building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are issued for the City of Douglas by Michigan Township Services (MTS), 111 Grand Street, Allegan, MI. MTS provides inspection services by calling
